Chocolate Cobbler Mix
Chocolate is always a favorite and with our chocolate cobbler you cannot go wrong. A crunchy outer layer surrounds a moist and gooey chocolate center. Somewhat similar to a hot fudge cake, our chocolate cobbler with a scoop of ice cream is sure to please the taste buds.
Add 4 well-beaten eggs and 1 stick of melted margarine. Mix well. Add 1 cup of chopped pecans (optional). Pour into well-oiled 13 x 9 pan or Pyrex dish. Sprinkle topping evenly on top of cake batter. Pour 1/2 cup of water all over the topping. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325 degrees. The topping will end up on the bottom of the dish. Serve warm with or without ice cream.
