Jalapeno Muffin Mix
Our jalapeno bread combines all the flavors of south Louisiana in a unique blend that is pleasing to the palate and the appetite. Just mix and pour no rolling, no bread machines. Just mix, pour, and bake.
Add 1 and 1/4 cups of water and 1 well-beaten egg. Mix well and fold in 8 oz. of shredded cheese. Cheese may be your choice: mild cheddar, sharp cheddar, or velveeta. Pour into 12 regular size muffin tins or divide into 2 loaf pans, size 5 x 9. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt, calcium, sulfate, malted barley
flour, niacin (a b vitamin), iron, thiamin mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin
b2), folic acid (a B vitamin)], Nonfat Dry Milk, Natural Cheddar Cheese Flavor
[cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes), buttermilk, cultured buttermilk,
natural flavor, and salt], Sugar, Onion*, Cajun Seasoning [spice and coloring, onion*,
garlic*, spices, and silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent)], Jalapenos*, and Salt.
